Cancellation & Refund Policy for Sprintzstop

At Sprintzstop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review the following policy.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at 9638548638.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with all accompanying materials such as instructions and warranties.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for final sale items.
