Cancellation Policy:

- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with all accompanying materials such as instructions and warranties.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for final sale items.
